Description:

this home is located in Ann Arbor’s historical district and was in need of additional living space. the new 2 story addition off the rear of the house includes a 2nd floor primary bedroom and a first story guest room/office with a full bath and mudroom. in order to preserve a historic tree the addition is on a helical pier system to minimize the disturbance to the root system
