After living in the city for awhile, this couple was excited to move back to nature, family, and a slower paced life. Situated in beautiful Birdseye, Montana, this 3 bed, 2.5 bath new home takes advantage of its stunning location by adding a bonus third story room and deck aptly named, “The Perch.” Due to the topography, the front of the house appears to be a modest ranch, but as you continue around to the back you can experience the height of the three story house. An important goal of this project is to make it sustainable and energy efficient. Wrapping the exterior with insulation, helps to prevent any unwanted heat entering or escaping the home.
