The international cultural center establishes relationships between the local citizens of Guanajuato, Mexico & travelers by offering various programs geared towards the creative arts and engaging the public through visual connectivity of outdoor spaces. The ground floor the facility offers various civic, commercial, & educational facilities to both locals & foreigners. As the building transitions to the 2nd floor, the educational facility becomes more central to the program. Finally, the 3rd floor is a series of housing units based around a communal roof deck & kitchen.
